The provenance of Visa Immigration Services & Appeals dates back to 1993 when the founders volunteered with the African Churches Council for Immigration and Social Justices which represented Asylum Seekers and immigrants seeking entry to the United Kingdom.
The founders represented asylum seekers and immigrants at airports , police stations, detention centres and Immigration tribunals well before mainstream solicitors and barristers jumped on the band wagon a decade or so later.
We have over the decades represented well over five-Thousand applicants from different parts of the world in either their asylum claims or immigration applications. We pride ourselves in taking a client centered approach in problem solving. The evolution of Immigration Rules around the world has become increasing complex and decidedly anti-immigration with a variety of obstacles to deter and discourage migrants and asylum seekers  particularly from non-European or Western countries from gaining entry to the United Kingdom.

Do I need an appointment to visit your offices?
It is not necessary to attend our offices. Covid 19 Pandemic has changed the way we work .We use available technology to enhance client experience by using virtual meetings and internet resources to assist our clients realise their aspirations whist keeping them safe in line with government advice and guidance. However, if you wish to see us, we do ask that you make an appointment before you come at our office.

We operate completely transparently, with pre-agreed fixed fee models. We take time to understand your circumstances and then formulate the best assistance. Following an assessment, you will be given an estimate fee for the whole application process, including our legal fees.
